The Material Science Behind LiiFoo Quality Assurance Process

When you specify a material for a demanding engineering application, you are not just buying a chemical compound. You are betting production schedules, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships on the consistency of that material lot after lot.

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Every batch of PTFE resin, PEEK polymer, or polyimide film that enters our warehouse undergoes mandatory incoming inspection. We test for molecular weight distribution (via GPC), melt flow index, and moisture content before the material is cleared to our inventory.

Process Monitoring During Production

For our custom compound and modified-grade materials, LiiFoo engineers conduct in-process monitoring at critical production stages. Temperature profiles, extrusion parameters, and color consistency are logged in real-time.

Final Release Testing: Third-Party Verification

Every release batch receives third-party laboratory testing at an accredited facility. We use SGS, Bureau Veritas, and CTI for independent verification. Test parameters include tensile strength (ASTM D638/ISO 527), thermal degradation onset temperature (TGA), dielectric strength (ASTM D149), particle count for cleanroom-grade materials, and metal ion contamination (ICP-MS).

Certificate of Conformance and Traceability

Our CoC documents include actual test values, not just pass/fail. We retain samples for every batch, stored for 36 months. LiiFoo traceability system tracks each shipment back to the original polymer manufacturer production lot within 24 hours. Learn more at https://liifoo.cn.
